Subject	How do you remove the outer tierod from the spindle?

Message	La-Z-Link Trying to follow these instructions. Easily removed the pin and nut, but the rod does not slip out of the spindle. Tried tapping it with a hammer as well, but that didn't do it. Just keep on hammering?
